Hi, I’m Nicole Cosenza — a Pace University graduate in fashion marketing and creative strategist with hands-on experience in both the corporate and retail sides of the industry.

I’ve worked at Madewell, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Brandy Melville, and completed a corporate marketing internship at Madewell, where I contributed to PR, media planning, store opening research, and influencer partnerships. I bring a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for blending data-driven insight with visual storytelling.

Whether I’m assisting a shopper in-store or helping build a brand experience from the inside out, I stay focused on what really matters: connecting with people through purposeful, memorable marketing.

My path into fashion marketing started with a simple love for style and the way brands shape culture. Working on the retail floor at Brandy Melville, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Madewell, I quickly realized that marketing wasn’t just about selling — it was about creating experiences. I learned how to read people, how to communicate visually, and how much impact the smallest brand details could have. That hands-on experience sparked a bigger question for me: What makes someone truly connect with a brand?

That curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Fashion Marketing at Pace University, where I dove deeper into brand strategy, consumer behavior, and digital storytelling. Eventually, it brought me back to Madewell — this time as a corporate marketing intern. There, I worked on PR coverage tracking, influencer partnerships, store opening research, and contributed to new product ideas through a collaborative intern project. I experienced what it means to build a brand from the inside out — and how much intentionality goes into every creative decision.

Now, I bring that full-spectrum perspective to everything I do — from insight to execution. I understand what happens at the register and behind the scenes. I’ve grown from someone who admired great marketing to someone who’s helping make it happen. And I’m just getting started.

I'm a forward-thinking creative who’s energized by possibility. I love exploring new territory — whether it’s through trend forecasting, campaign development, or strategy ideation. I’m collaborative, thoughtful, and not afraid to try something new.

I’m also great at balancing structure with flexibility. I can work independently or in a team, and I always bring a calm, focused mindset. I value work environments that are fast-paced but supportive, where creativity and curiosity are encouraged.

In both my academic and professional experiences, I’ve learned that marketing isn’t just about products — it’s about people. I’m passionate about understanding behavior, crafting experiences, and building brands that matter.
